‘Virtually Linked’ online activities for residents

Now, more than ever, is the time to stay connected with each other and have fun. To achieve this, Link Housing’s Community Programs team is hosting Virtually Linked, a free online community where residents can access various programs such as gentle exercise workshops, art classes, cooking tutorials and Bingo!

Program Schedule

Programs will run Monday through to Friday, 11:00am to 12:00pm from 25 May 2020 through to 18 June 2020.

Mondays: My Kitchen

Enter the kitchen of guest Cooks each Monday, who will show you their secrets to making healthy, tasty meals on a budget!

This program will not run on Monday 8 June (Public Holiday). It will resume on Monday 15 June.

Tuesdays: Gentle Exercise with Alex

Gentle Exercise with Alex Gleeson, an expert Exercise Physiologist who will guide you on each exercise in the comfort of your own home.

Wednesdays: Digital Discoveries with Mikaela and Felix

Do you want to learn the basics of using a computer or smartphone? This workshop offers you the chance to make better use of your smartphone or iPad, learn about the internet and help you connect with family and friends. 

Thursdays: BINGO Thursdays!

Fridays: Let’s get ‘Arty’ with Rachel!

Super fun art class where you will be shown the basics, given ongoing support, and learn about art history.

You will need access to the internet, an email address and a smartphone, tablet or laptop to participate. Should you require assistance with setting up an email address, please contact the Community Programs team on 9412 5111.
