Health and Wellbeing Survey

Link Housing's Health and Wellbeing survey asks general questions about your health, lifestyle and happiness, and where you see yourself in the future. This helps us plan and develop the right programs to meet your needs now and in the future. We can also check that our current programs and information are giving you the help and support you need. This information is absolutely confidential and anonymous unless you choose to provide your details at the end of the survey.  

Annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey

Link Housing carries out an annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey to provide our residents with an opportunity to give feedback and let us know how they feel about the services they receive from Link Housing. The survey is completed on behalf of Link Housing by CHIA (Community Housing Industry Association) NSW – the peak body for CHPs in NSW and ensures the survey is carried out independently. The survey is open to all tenants of Link Housing. We encourage our residents to complete the survey so that we can get a better understanding of what you would like us to do differently. The survey results are used to improve the service and programs that we offer to you. If you are a Link Housing tenant, you will receive an invitation to complete the survey by post in June of each year.
