Specialist Disability Housing

Link Housing is NDIS registered as a Specialist Disability Accommodation (“SDA”) provider. We currently manage around 50 Group Homes housing about 250 residents in the metro NSW areas. Launched in 2018, the addition of our SDA services bring the total number of properties managed by Link Housing to about 1800.

However, more than numbers, our expansion into the NDIS service space highlights our deepening commitment to helping the most vulnerable in our community and reinforces our vision to enhance lives through community housing.

As part of this development, Link Housing has also established a specialist Disability and Ageing Team with dedicated Housing Managers and Specialist Support Workers. In line with Link Housing’s values and the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework, the team will take a person-centred and supportive approach to transitioning former ADHC clients – as well as new applicants seeking specialist disability accommodation.
