Link Housing partners with like-minded organisations in order to provide the best services for our residents and ‘enhance lives through community housing.’ One of our trusted partners is Stryder, a community transport provider who has served its local communities for over 30 years.
Stryder has provided transport for many of our resident programs and events, such as our International Women’s Day ‘Girls Day Out.’ You might have even seen our logo on their buses!

Stryder is currently offering free IT classes to people aged 50 years or older who live in the Greater Ryde and Hunters Hill regions. Similar to our Digital Discoveries workshops, these classes will equip you with the skills you need to happily and safely use the internet. You will learn how to:
Our partnership with Stryder allows us to offer affordable and reliable transport services for residents in Ryde and surrounding areas.
Stryder provides door-to-door transport so you can get to the shops, and you medical appointments and social events in comfort. Stryder also has an exciting social calendar, with trips to the Central Coast and Blue Mountains. These outings are very popular, and are a great way to meet others and enjoy getting out and about.
If you are a frail older person aged 65 years or older, or an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander 50 years or older, you may be eligible for subsidised transport with a My Aged Care package. As a registered NDIS Service Provider, Stryder can also help you if you live with a disability.
