Affordable Housing tenants
Please log your repair by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your full name, property address and best contact phone number. If you can send photos that would also be helpful. Please also feel free to call the Affordable Housing team or your Property Manager directly.
Social Housing Management Transfer (SHMT) tenants
who transferred from FACS on 3 December 2018
Social Housing Management Transfer tenants Tenants who reside in properties that were transferred to Link Housing on the 3rd December 2018 as part of the Social Housing Management Transfer (SHMT), are to continue to call their current repairs number. The repairs call centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Phone - 1800 422 322. SH MT tenants can also talk to their Housing Manager about any unresolved issues concerning their repairs. Your Housing Manager will then talk to our Assets and Maintenance Team to get the information they need to assist you with your repair or maintenance issue.
All other social housing tenants
To report a repair, please complete the form here and our Maintenance Department will respond the next working day.
Or please call our office on 9412 5111 during Link Housing’s business hours and ask for the Maintenance Department.
Or email all details to email@example.com. Please include your name, address and best contact phone number. If you could also attach photos and as much detail as possible including location (room). This information will help our Maintenance team identify the correct tradesperson to send out.
After hours service
If you need to report a repair or maintenance issue outside of our business hours, please call our main office number, 9412 5111, and select option "1". When you are put through to speak to our friendly staff member, they will ask you a series of questions and let you know the next steps.
In some cases, your repair may not be considered "urgent" and your call will be logged for the Maintenance team to attend to on the next business day.
Once you have requested a repair, you will be given a timeframe for the work to be completed, and our team will send a work order to the relevant contractor. Our contractor will contact you directly to arrange a convenient appointment time. If you need to change the appointment please call the contractor at least 24 hours in advance.
