Andrew McAnulty | Chief Executive Officer

Andrew is a respected community housing figure, both nationally and internationally, having delivered social, affordable and large scale urban renewal outcomes for over twenty five years across Australia and the United Kingdom, delivering thousands of quality mixed tenure homes for people in need.

Andrew’s experience highlights the innovation and vision required to create cutting edge outcomes for projects which link Government, the private sector and the community housing sector – in order to actually deliver mixed tenure housing and place based urban renewal outcomes which create places for people to thrive.

As the CEO of Link Housing, Andrew has continued to build the relationships to initiate sustainable growth with partners such as local government and private developers.

 

Margaret Maljkovic | Chief Operating Officer

 

Margaret has 25 years’ experience in social housing service delivery. She started her career as a tenancy manager in the inner city and has since worked in various areas including strategic planning, project and program management and community regeneration. For the past 17 years she has held senior leadership roles in the Sydney metro area where she was responsible for tenancy, applicant and asset services, as well as leading initiatives such as community and estate regeneration. She was also part of the Mount Druitt, Redfern/Waterloo and Millers Point relocations. Margaret has worked as Director Service Improvement responsible for developing and rolling out service improvement initiatives and General Manager Greater Western Sydney. 

Mark Woodward | Chief Financial Officer

 

Mark’s experience provides him with the ability to ensure Link Housing continues to be a well-managed and efficient community housing provider, with a sound approach to managing risks and focused on quality of services and outcomes. Prior to joining Link Housing Mark was a Director at KPMG responsible for delivery of commercial and taxation implications of various financing arrangements, property and infrastructure transactions and business restructures across multiple industries.

In his prior roles at Westpac, his responsibilities encompassed taking the lead in development and implementation of significant projects involving complex financing transactions, new business initiatives, business transformation, process re-engineering and new system implementation.

Paul Hunt | Chief Development Officer

Paul is a certified practising Project Director with the Australian Institute of Project Management and has twenty-six years of extensive experience in managing large complex projects. He has specialised experience in the development of large master-planned communities and high-density urban renewal projects. Paul’s advanced leadership skills and project expertise in managing development teams through strategic planning, concept development, rezoning and approvals, detailed design and construction delivery. Paul has an excellent knowledge of Government and Community Housing, he has intimate knowledge of many of the LAHC sites and has significant contacts in relation to builders and architects.

   

Denise McGrath | Head of People & Culture

Denise is a human resources professional with more than 13 years’ experience in the sector. Prior to joining Link Housing as Human Resources Advisor, she was the Human Resources Associate at Hartmann ANZ. Denise’s expertise includes staff recruitment, selection, induction, administration of HR programs, implementation of tools and systems and the management of performance appraisals and the salary review process. She has also developed and implemented employee initiatives including staff rewards and health and wellbeing programs. 

Brianna Ragel | Head of Marketing and Communications

Brianna Ragel is the Head of Marketing and Communications at Link and is responsible for our brand, media and content. Brianna joined Link Housing in 2018 and works closely with all departments to ensure that all stakeholders are consulted, informed and engaged in what Link does.

She has extensive experience in media, marketing and product management that spans 15 years working in Sydney and London. Brianna is excited to move into the NFP sector after spending her career in private and corporate client-side and consulting roles. 

Pablo Marques | Area Manager

  

Pablo has over 20 years’ experience working in the social housing sector. He has worked across many facets of the business, including leading teams, tenancy management, support and engagement, and business management.

Pablo is known for his skills in establishing and fostering numerous partnerships with multiple external agencies to provide comprehensive tenancy and client management in positions where the housing portfolio was being transitioned to community housing providers.

Robin Fletcher | Strategic Partnerships Lead

Robin has over 5 years direct housing management experience in both the UK and Australia which has included working closely with support providers to ensure tenancy sustainability and addressing issues proactively. His experience has included managing a large portfolio of over 1,200 properties where regular liaison with support providers was imperative in order to assist residents to maintain their tenancies.  Most recently Robin has been responsible for ensuring that Link Housing’s support partnerships are up to date and relevant. This involved meeting with all relevant support providers and discussing the services that can be provided to assist Link Housing residents. Robin secured the 30 plus MOU’s, SLA’s and on-going commitments with our existing partners for this bid.

Shiva Mathivannan | Head of Finance

Shiva is a Certified Practising Accountant in Australia and a Chartered Management Accountant in United Kingdom with 15 years post qualified experience.

She is an accomplished, results driven senior finance professional in financial management, financial accounting, management accounting, regulatory accounting, cash/treasury management, asset/liability management, external and internal audit, and taxation. Shiva has demonstrated ability to streamline business operations and increase efficiency as well as developing and implementing financial controls, business process re-engineering, budgeting and forecasting techniques.


Gino Espinosa | Head of Assets 

Gino brings over 8 years of experience in Facilities Management and 7 of those years working in various roles in the social Housing sector.  Gino has come to Link Housing after 13 years of experience in Broadspectrum (formerly Transfield Services) and his latest roles in senior management in the newly awarded LAHC AMS contract.
 
Gino has experience in both the planning and delivery aspects of delivering a maintenance program and asset management.  Gino has a very strong background in systems and has an advanced understanding in IT systems and processes.


Alison O'Neill | Head of Housing

A highly committed and outcomes-oriented Operations and Change Manager with over 12 years’ experience successfully leading client service teams within the human services sector, Allison has a proven track record of success in driving tangible cultural and services reform. Leveraging subject expertise and a transparent, empowering leadership style, Allison drives the delivery of operational initiatives that require skills in promoting stakeholder engagement and embedding lasting change. Before joining Link Housing was the ‎Operations & Change Manager at FACS NSW, where she has led the management of 18,000 homes and 100 staff. Strategic in approach, Allison is able to identify and realise opportunities for process, people and system improvement that overcome complex organisational and human-centred problems.

Linda Cooper | Head of Business Improvement & IT

Linda comes to Link Housing with seven years’ experience in finance and business system roles from within other community housing providers. As the finance manager at another provider, Linda managed implementation for a new fully integrated computer system. She also project managed the development of the first tenant portal and tenant App in Australian community housing providers.

Linda has also worked in a range of other roles as finance manager and accountant in various commercial positions.

Nathan Cureton | Head of Legal & Risk

Since 1997 Nathan has worked as a lawyer for government. He worked in-house for the Department of Immigration followed by several years at Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst). He spent 4 years working for Anthony Albanese MP and was the Privacy and FOI Coordinator for Railcorp. His most recent role was for over 10 years with the Department of Family and Community Services as a Senior Solicitor in the Commercial and Property Law team. He has practiced in administrative law, tenancy, leasing and commercial, discrimination and privacy, public/social housing policy and anti-social behaviour, as well as legislative compliance. Outside of work, Nathan has interest in film and has a Graduate Diploma in screenwriting from AFTRS.
